Republican Rep. Victoria Spartz, the first Ukrainian-born member of Congress, is seeking reelection in the hotly contested 5th Congressional District. She’s facing off against Democrat Deborah Pickett, Libertarian Lauri Shillings and Independent Robby Slaughter in the district north of Indianapolis.
