“I'm running for election in District 5 because I think that a lot of the representation we have in government doesn't really represent the people who live there. You know, I've been in Indiana for the majority of my life. My father's been in civil service. My mother was too, and I see a lot of people who are really out of touch with people who work, live and grow in that community, and I think I can really relate to them in a way that's beneficial for them.”
